How to make Tiramisu

The ingredients (makes 2 tins):
1. Icing Sugar
2. Coffee
3. Lady Fingers biscuit, 2 packets (from Cold Storage)
4. Eggs (4 egg yolks & 2 egg whites)
5. Cocoa Powder
6. Mascopone Cheese (500 gm)
1. Prepare about 1 cup of black coffee (no sugar!)
2. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
3. Dip biscuits (top & bottom) slightly into coffee and lay on the base of tin.
4. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
5. Add 3 dessert spoons of icing sugar to egg yolks.
6. Blend egg yolks and icing sugar.
7. Add in mascopone cheese and blend into smooth mixture.
8. Whisk egg whites until stiff.
9. Fold in egg white to the cheese mixture.
10. Spread 1 layer of mixture over the biscuits.
(Optional: Place fruits - strawberry, etc.)
11. Add another layer of biscuits (as Step 3) on top of mixture.
12. Spread another layer of mixture over the biscuits.
13. Cover (with aluminium foil) and place in chiller for about 12 hours.
14. Sprinkle cocoa powder after Tiramisu has set properly.
